I've always been okay with being just okay, but recently I've come to the conclusion that this mentality roots from my laziness and lack of willpower. I always feel like I'm not good enough-- no, not "not good enough for you", just not good enough for me. I know I can be a better me, and there are so many things I want to change about myself: mentally, spiritually, and physically.
I need to start setting goals for myself. Starting slow is better than starting with too many expectations, because if you're trying to achieve too many things at once, you will be overwhelmed. Take it easy, and once you get the ball rolling, you'll be good to go. Letting go of negativity is essential. Letting go of negativity is probably the most difficult thing I'll ever have to do. Letting go of negativity HAS to happen. If you don't believe in yourself and stay unmotivated, you will never achieve anything.

Do it before it's too late to change your current circumstances.
