everyone knows someone that has a small dog with an unruly temper. you know.. the dog that hides when there are newcomers, then barks when being sassed. actually barks at whatever, whenever it pleases. just because it feels like it. just because it can. after all, it's an animal. let's not forget, animals are naturally wild. no one bothers training that dog, because the dog "is just like that". people try to leave it alone for the most part. the owners get along with the dog.. sort of. and by "gets along", it's more like the dog just doesn't really have a reaction to them unless it needs to be fed, cleaned, or wants praise. generally, the dog likes being left alone. if bothered when unwanted, the dog will bark or bite. fortunately, it's bites are nibbles and its barks are small enough to be ignored. you know it can't actually hurt you, so there's no need to have it caged. "let's be humane and let it run its own show. let's just pay it no mind. we don't take animals seriously around here." the dog is a nuisance.. something people try to avoid. it's too much trouble trying to figure out how animals feel anyways.
