#4: The meaning behind your Tumblr name (.. blogspot name!!)
cisfordzou: meh, no meaning. i always have loved my last name though.. can't wait to hyphenate it when i get married. jk, half jk :')
"knowing is growing": because it's the truth. it's honestly everything that my blog has been teaching me. everything that i choose to acknowledge and learn about myself, people around me, or just some really fucked up situations have added up to make me who I am today.. and i can openly admit that i have learned quite a bit about myself, who i want and don't want in my life, and how to handle fucked up situations. it's nice having written recollection of who i used to be, how i used to think, and how i used to feel.
#5: Five places you want to visit and why
Canada: I feel like I was a Canadian in my previous life.. this sounds so ridiculous, but I am so drawn to EVERYTHING about Canada. The cities, the weather, the people. I am living there for fucking sure when I grow up. Universal health care? Don't mind if i do!
Australia: This would probably my ideal honeymoon trip. Warm weather, beautiful beaches, and friendly people. Plus I've got my Australian accent down ;) Plus koala bears and kangaroos!! Could life be any better?
Paris: I am a romantic at heart and movies in Paris absolutely make me melt. Their culture seems so indulgent in romance and passion. I would also like to do the most cliche thing ever: wear a beret and ride a tandem bikes around town with baguettes in my front basket.
New York: I went to NY this past winter break and the lifestyle there matches my personality perfectly. Fast paced, a bit rude, and lively. I feel like I belong! I wouldn't be able to live there for long because it is so darn dirty, but I do love New York very very much and would love to be there again soon.
Taiwan: Just to see my relatives and indulge in some night market shopping and good Taiwanese food. Taiwan is too humid.. cannot. stand. it. I would love to bring my significant other there to meet my family, because we are a bunch of overly loving and welcoming people!
#6: What band/musician is most important to you?
Amy Winehouse: for those of you who know me personally, you know that I absolutely love Amy Winehouse. I am a die hard fan and a forever groupie even though she's already passed, bless her soul. I admire her, her music, and her work ethics. I don't care if she was always intoxicated with some sort of substance, she was always able to put on a show. Her talent and passion for music is so pure and is always evident in all the work she does. I hate that people don't appreciate her for her influence in modern blues and jazz and just scrutinize her for her weaknesses. I can honestly go on forever talking about her and how much I love her, but you get the point.
