If two people are together but aren't happy, why are they together?

And just like that, the mutual understanding of love continues to plummet.

For are they less sad when they are together-- or, is the fear of being alone worth being unhappy for?

Whatever it may be, if you are with someone, be happy with them. If not, don't waste double the time, double the effort, and double the heart ache.

For when you break someone's heart, you're also breaking your own.
